Did the running session including 2x800m wearing weighted vest. Quickest time 3:45 slowest 4:14 (vest).
Then did pool session from a couple of days ago. Will try and do these workouts tomorrow however hurt my back yesterday (not exactly sure how) so might take a rest day instead

finished first 2 at 16. Finished dead’s at 19. Shspu are one of my hardest movements but got them done. Didn’t go all out on amanda knowing what was next. Wasn’t able to get a big sets on MU after Amanda surprisingly. Kind of went into a grind on them.
