Drop after the hang clean, and clean the barbell from the floor within 5 seconds.
B.
Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 90% of today’s heavy complex weight
C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:
Minute 1: 10 Burpee Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (50/35 lb DBs)
Minute 2: 200 Meter Run (on assault runner if possible)
Minute 3: 15 Toes-to-Bar
D.
Three sets of:
3 Minutes of Banded March while Holding Sandbag/Ball

This was ridiculous. Did 3 rounds rx. Rested 1 minutes. Did 1 round with 8 burpees. Rested 1 minute then did one more round with 8 burpees.

For Part C, should the focus be on completing 10 burpees or complete as many as you can at 50lbs?…i.e. I definitely won’t complete 10 reps each round, so should I lower the weight?

Still feeling pretty weak here. These are a struggle these days. Not worried just noting it. But I for sure hate how heavy these feel now a days

I only got 10 burpees on 2 rounds. I hope I’m not the only one that struggled with this. Most rounds were 8 and pushing super close to the minute. The run was super hard on minute 2. Toes to Bar we’re the saving grace today. Wow.
How’s your new diet going? Are you maybe in to much of a deficit?
New diet is going well. Losing weight at a good pace. Pound a week roughly. I’m eating 3100 cals a day. 40 fat. 30/30 protein/carb
Still feel like I have good energy in workouts and seeing great improvements in gymnastics and body weight movements
Your strength numbers should stabilise then climb again hopefully!

Power Rows Done.
Conditioning: held on for four rounds UB and OTM then started to fall behind on 5th and 6th round but kept moving. Had a lot of ground to cover on transitions and it caught up to me. Then rested the full minute I was behind and then finished the seventh round OTM and UB. It was really hot and humid outside… I was a hot sweaty mess. But kept moving and stuck to weights and distances.

Coming up on 6 months of using yalls programing it been amazing, so many pr’s, my consistency is insane in lifts above 90%, and I’m happy that I’m finding balance between work and rest. So much progression so far, can’t wait to see what happens in the next half of the year. Thank for the work
