Open Water Swim
If you live near open water then please take today to make it out to the open water and complete the following:
Two sets of:
Swim 100 Meters
50 Air Squats
Swim 100 Meters
25 Burpees
Swim 100 Meters
Rest as needed
*Please complete in a pool if you are not able to make it to a body of water.
1 mile run with 14# vest
1 mile run without
half mile swim in lake
Session with my weightlifting coach. Worked on snatches, c and j and front squats. Joined the crossfit class for a fitness retest (which I improved on from 5 weeks ago). Also practiced ring muscle ups.
Swimming will be done on Sunday at the pool. It’s winter here so no open water swimming for me

Then 10 min. AB for 103 Cals.
Went to the lake today and knocked this out with Jared.
Did my two rounds in the 11m range and then ran x3 300m swims as part of Jared’s training for the day.
DONE!! FUN!! OCEAN!! GORGEOUS DAY!!
