Bent Knee Iron Cross x 10 reps
Rollover into V-Split x 10 reps
Rocking Frog Stretch x 30 – 60 seconds
Fire Hydrant Circles x 10 reps each direction each leg
Mountain Climbers x 10 each leg (hold each position for 3-5 seconds)
Cossack Squat x 10 reps

A.
Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Hang Power Clean + Power Clean

Perform all sets 2-4% heavier than two weeks ago.

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):
Split Jerk

*Sets 1-2 = 2 reps at 80% of 1-RM Split Jerk
*Sets 3-4 = 1 rep at 90% of 1-RM Split Jerk
*Set 5 = 1 rep at 95% of 1-RM Split Jerk
*Sets 6-7 = 1 rep at 95%+ of 1-RM Split Jerk

Primary Conditioning Session
For time:
30 Ground to Overhead (225/155 lbs)

Conditioning:
6:55. Went for 225 and went pretty good. No misses and didn’t break for too long between sets.
Aerobic Gymnastics:
6:22/6:41/6:37. 99/1 for all DU sets. Quads cramped up in end of last two sets and did a few single leg double unders to finish haha. 5/5 for ring muscles for 10 total each round. Comp this weekend woohoo!

Chose to do Grace, because it was more then a year ago when I did this the last time (and 155lbs probably would have taken me way to long).
Finished in 2:12. Don’t remember my exact time from last time but it was around 3 min so huge improvement. ?

HPC + PC up to 200lbs. Which I think is a HPC PR.
Split Jerk up to 243×2 at the end. Or 95+%.
Med Ball/Side Planks Adobe.
Heavy Grace at 4:25 at 155lbs. Was shooting for sub 4:00 so a little pissed.

Did the first 10 in 1:00 but that last 10 took awhile. Did the last 2 from 4:00-4:25. #smh Although I did this at 145lb at WZA in 2017 around the same time so at 10lbs heavier and not in a completion. I’ll take it for a Tuesday.
