Off Season A number of our coaches were away at a competition, so I had to do a little more coaching yesterday. Decided to leave yesterday’s workouts for today. A. C2B’s and Lunges – 1:19/1:08/1:05 (C2B’s in :21-:25s) B. Power Cleans & Dips – Made it to round of 5’s – 5 Power Cleans (@ 135lb.) and 1 dip Dips are a goat of mine, but definitely getting better on these. C.
