Good work Gianni! What posed the biggest challenging in that conditioning piece?
Chest to bar pull ups… I did kipping
…butterfly ctbar I can’t do more then 3/4 reps… I lost many time in this exercises
Film your C2B butterfly pull-ups so I can take a look at them and see if there are any tips I can provide to help you be more efficient in your technique!
