A new training cycle begins on Monday, January 6 and will focus on helping athletes prepare for the second International Online Qualifier of the season – in which athletes can qualify for at least FOUR sanctioned competitions. Training is always more fun with friends, so please let them know there is no better time to get started!

I’m treating this for one week now. Lifting my arm for the daily activities doesn’t hurt anymore but still can’t lift overhead or hang/pull overhead. Will see next week. But there’s improvement already. Thanks for asking!

Thank you & Happy 2020 🙂

There’s no programmed “transition week” this cycle due to the holidays. We hope that everyone took some time off over the last two weeks to have fun and relax with friends and loved ones.
