100 Double-Unders
How fast can you accomplish 100 double-unders? These do not need to be unbroken. The only rules are that athletes need to jump off of two feet, and the rope must pass under the athletes’ feet two times each jump. It’s simple, and a skill that many athletes have…the question is, how quickly can you spin the rope and knock out 100 reps?

Are you better going for smaller smart sets or pushing bigger sets on that first set of shoulder to overhead knowing that you have another 19-22 Muscle-Ups to come? Lots of upper body focused work on this piece, so be smart on your sets and rest.

Perform the handstand walks in a minimum of 20-foot segments. If you fall within a 20-foot segment, start back at the last increment.

Snatch primer done
Snatch ok. I missed some lifts but solid lifts, no crashing the bar.
185/205/215/225/235/240/245/225 lb
Lower bar back squat: 315 lb
Tempo back squat ok. 275 lb (75%)
Challenge: 92 du. Missed a lot. I’m getting used to jump with a shorter rope. Hope this will pay off in the future

I tried big sets with longer rest. Aimed for sub 10 but arms couldn’t keep the pace

B) Up to 180kg same as my 1RM back squat I don’t know where it was suppose to be but I’m happy
