* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

Hit up some swimming again today- love doing this as it relaxes me. Sat in the hot tub afterwards, heading to the grocery store now.

Coaches: Any advice on a bakers cyst? I’ve had pressure in the back of my knee sporatically ovr the last few weeks. It comes on all of a sudden and I can hardly walk, and then it will leave just as quickly. I used to get it for a moment for as long as I can remember but it’s becoming more frequent.

I’ve had that before. I am huge into the use of essential oils and I have a blend that I keep on me for that kind of stuff. I use equal parts of Eucalyptus, Marjoram, Cypress, Frankincense, Lemongrass.
