We, the whole family, did a drop in at CrossFit Mobilus in Singapore today. The kids couldn’t join a class so we decided to do Open gym so we could train together.
MAW done
Deadlift: all sets at 95 kg (82%) for 2 reps but not touch and go. Felt good.
Conditioning: All movements RX and UB. Deck squats were fun! Row from 32 to 35 sec.
Accessory: completed (57 reps on both left and right side)
Pistol session and Optional will be tomorrow’s or my Sunday session.
