**You will notice that we have differentiated AM and PM sessions for today. If your schedule allows for it then please complete the Deep Learning Session in the morning and 22.1 Event in the PM.

If your schedule does not allow for two sessions in one day then prioritize the PM Session**

AM Session -Deep learning for Open Event Preparation
A.
Spend 3-4 minutes focusing on breathing in the Puppy Dog Stretch

Shoulder/Elbow Warm-Up
Plank Ring Circles x 10 reps each direction
Maltese Press in Hollow Position x 10 reps
Hanging Shoulder Rotations x 5-10 reps

B.
Two-Three rounds at increasing effort of:
10/7 Calorie Machine of Choice
100 Foot Sandbag/Medicine Ball Bearhug Carry
100 Foot Farmer Carry
10 Plate Hops
2 Wall Walks

C.
Get Sweaty !!
Two sets for max meters/reps of:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
20/15 Calorie Machine of Choice
10 Burpees with No Jump

Rest 60 seconds, and then. . .
