This was a sneaky burner. Didn’t get comfortable with lateral hops, kept with a box facing jump with a turn. Blaming my short stature. One and done
Hello!

A. Done
B. Done but at 85-90%
C. 22.1 – 10+11reps/311Rx; like everyone else I slowed down on the BJOs. Stayed low over the box and jumped laterally as soon as second foot touched the ground. Happy with the effort overall.
Invictus upper body program done.
God you guys are killing me with those extra 5-11 reps haha
Great job!
Thanks. You did well considering the tough last few months.
Thanks! Agreed, but I will definitely smoke out at the 2nd and 3rd for sure, so don’t have any false expectations. 😀
22.1 10+6 (306)
Sole started hurt like hell from the 5th rounds onwards, not sure why.
It’s okay considering I don’t train Crossfit since Oktober. Goal was 10 rounds. Would be crushed for sure from any weightlifting movement tho, we’ll see.
Remember last year went also really good the first one, then got destroyed.
Glad you were able to do it!
22.1 – 10+17 (317)
heck yeah, broke through 10! Nice work.
Yessir! The jump over just slowed up a little too much but I’m ok with it
8+27 enjoyed this one
First one done! Good work.
Una cacca questo allenamento chi non vuole fare the open devi essere obbligato
It can be a great workout to do and fun to throw down with everyone else! Even if you are not signed up, we still encourage everyone to participate in the community event.
I think the open workout time is messed up…I haven’t looked at the actual workout but 1 minute doesn’t seem right… or else I’m really in trouble this year????
????????
15 minutes! haha thank you for pointing that out
