Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
Friday I got 285 reps on 19.1 and Monday looking to retest! I need 19 cal to get into the 8th rd. My last srategy was 12-7 wall balll and 1200-1250 cal row. Should I up the row or should I go unbroken wall balls? My 7th rd I did 19 straight wall balls as time ended. Any thoughts would would be very appreciative! Thanks:)
