A. 130/160/170/150×10/150Kg x10
Loved this bit got spicy on the last couple reps of second set of 10; darkness was trying to close in but I fought it off thanks in part to some LOUD Metallica.
B. 22:10 Rx; HSW broken into 10m sections. Everything else UB. Shoulders felt great throughout, just need to go faster on HSW. Most HSWing I’ve done in a long time.

A. Squats have started feeling stronger so went for 83% (200) for the 10s ????
Skipped B- my lower back has been so tight…. need a recover day so jumped into the class Ewod
