Good job on your PR Mike! Nothing wrong with breaking up the DL. You have to do what is best for you and breaking up the deadlifts clearly seem like the formula for you!

Absolutely Brian – that is a great perspective. You are being the best you can be at work, with family and training is a priority but it doesn’t rank over those two priorities. 🙂
