35-54:
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
30 DB Ground to Overhead (55/35 lbs)
30 Box Jumps (24/20″)
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 DB Ground to Overhead, Partner A will perform 30 Box Jumps, and Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.
55+:

30 Box Jumps/Step-Ups (24/20″)

Traveled all day yesterday so glad to have even made it to the gym. Made up Monday’s programming.
A1. Snatch press 35/55/65

A4. Missed all snatches at 90%. Not sure why, blaming it on travels, not enough sleep, and no lifters
B. Wod 4:45/4:40/4:30/4:35. HSC slow singles. Very slow going today. Only rested one min between rounds
MAW done
Back squats: all sets at 60 kg ish (hotel gym). Felt good.
Conditioning: I had to modify to AMRAP 20 of 25 burpees, 15 GTOH with 16 kg x 2 DBs, 15 jump to bench. Completed 2+30 reps (moved very slow today), but completed 3 rounds after time was up.
Accessory: did optional from yesterday with 7/7/7/7 strict pull-ups.

C. Did 100# 200m and 200m 32’s kg farmer carry. Back got tight so changed movement
