25 Goblet Squats (50/35lbs)
12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35lbs)
25 Crossovers
Partner Option 2 (minimal equipment)
Alternate full sets with a partner until you’ve completed 12 EACH of:
12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35lbs)
12 Right Arm Overhead Lunges (50/35lbs)
12 Left Arm Overhead Lunges (50/35lbs)
