75/55 Calorie Assault Bike OR 800 Meter Run + 75 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)
Rest until the running clock reaches 12:00, then…
For time:
50/35 Calorie Assault Bike OR 600 Meter Run + 50 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)
Rest until the running clock reaches 21:00, then…
For time:
30/22 Calorie Assault Bike OR 400 Meter Run + 30 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)
Rest until the running clock reaches 30:00, then…
For time:

For those of you wanting to hit a Christmas Eve workout we’ve got a couple options to follow along with. Both of them are just shut your brain off and work style workouts and take into consideration that many of you may be traveling and unable to get access to a gym today. Have some fun, get sweaty, then have a Merry Christmas!

5:21 minutes; around 65 RPM, unbroken Wall balls
3:06 minutes same as before
1:56 minutes RPM 67-72, unbroken wall balls
31:57 minutes in total
