Parts A and B should be percentages of 1-RM power cleans and power snatches. Hope this helps, because this forum isn’t usually monitored.
Sorry I’m so late to reply! Yep, all power snatches / power cleans are based on your power snatch or power clean max. Be sure to check out the FAQ document that came in the Welcome Email also. It answers a lot of program questions like that in there.
