Perform for time, or just for fun. The focus between now and December 26 should be mental and physical restoration. There will not be a workout posted for Monday, December 25. If you would like to do some physical activity, get outside and breathe some fresh air with friends and family. Starting December 26 we will hit a one-week transition focused on aerobic power and aerobic endurance. Then our official Open prep cycle will begin on January 1. It is extremely important that you are healthy and excited going into the beginning of that cycle.

Last year: injured and 64:54 with 100 lb dball to shoulder instead of thrusters and strict pull ups instead of c2b
This year: not injured and 65:38 with everything rxd except for 70 lb kb snatches (didn’t have a 48 kilo kb)
Barbell slowed me down. Never could get into a rhythm

Scaled to 200m row and 95#’s
Stopped at round 12 ??cause I have a class to set up for. But…fun times. Everything gymnasty UB. Huge pr for me doing ring muscle ups unbroken….and pregnant. This time last year I was struggling with a rotator cuff tear but couldn’t string hardly two together if I was healthy. Love the programming guys. Here’s to another great year! ??
