Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration

* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

DMA done
A. C+J at 115/125. Happy it was light, my legs are fried from yesterday’s 5-RM BS
B. 5RFT 30 cal row/20 cal AB/odd object carry. I did farmer’s carry with PowerCenter handles. No idea how heavy they were….maybe 70 lbs? Felt like 200 so I only went 100 yds. Time capped myself at 30 min after 4 rounds so I didn’t die

Saturday’s today MAW done Back squats: all sets at 77 kg. Felt heavy! DL from earlier in the week: all sets at 81 kg, felt good, touch and go Conditioning: Part 1: 11:24 min (BMU in the garage so not full extension at the top and I have to watch my head šŸ™‚ as 4/3/2/1 and 3/2/2/2/1, OHS (heavy for me but I made it) as 8/7 and 5/5/5, burpees slow but steady pace.
