Anyone with a lot of trueform/Assault runner experience have any tips? I consider myself a pretty decent runner, i have a 6:00 mile….well yesterday was my first time really on a true form and it TORE ME UP. I’m competing at wodapalooza in a couple weeks and i know they’ll have one. ?
