Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes, complete:
Clean & Jerk

Building %s every set: 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90+, 90+

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 8 reps @ 50%
*Set 2 – 6 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 70%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%

C.
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Speed Deadlift x 3 reps @ 70%

Reset the barbell every time on the floor…do not perform these touch and go.

D.
Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes:
Minute 1 – Row
Minute 2 – 5 Burpees + 5 Thrusters
Minute 3 – 20 Double-Unders + Toes to Bar

40-49: 200/150 meters, 115/75 lb Thrusters, 10 Toes to Bar
50-59: 200/150 meters, 95/65 lb Thrusters, 8 Toes to Bar
60+: 150/100 meters, 75/55 lb Thrusters, 6 Toes to Bar

A. Got stuck at 95% 185f, but felt like I was getting under the bar much better.

D. (50-59) stopped rowing at a max of 45sec if I did not make the 200 meter, most rounds were 160 to 180. Other than that all rounds and reps were completed.

Shoulder still not 100%, so had to cut out the jerk about halfway through. But the cleans were feeling good today! 🙂

A. up to 135#, working on my jerk technique, it’s paying off. Felt solid.
B. Worked up to 235# for 2. Again feeling strong here.
C. All sets at 185#
D. Compared to last weeks Wednesday meltdown, this was very manageable, all sets unbroken and RX. I made the row minute be my recovery, and that ended up keeping my heart rate just singing and not screaming for mercy…
