Been away over the weekend so below a summary of what I’ve done: Friday: Made the optional Assault Bike session from earlier in the week 15 sets with 10 calories. I did it as active recovery so tried to stay around 1 min over the the 15 sets. Saturday: Drop in at CrossFit South Wettern.
