Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone ā could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

C. 110kg/130kg/150kg/175kg/195kg wrist was bothering me so I sucked it up and hook gripped all of em instead of switch gripping. Really liked this – will probably stick with it.
D. Had to change this up – was at the university gym.
OHS 30×135 – 2 min rest – S2OH 20×185. Skipped G2OH(wrist)
Track intervals 1600m – 2 min rest – 800m – 2 min rest – 400m
E. Done @75s and @175
