Bench press: 55/65/75#. Have not been able to do bench press for a long time due to shoulder and rib problems—very slow improvement in rib, but shoulder good.
Conditioning: round 1/3/5 assault bike, and 2/4 row. 12/5, 16/5,12/5,16/5,12/5. I struggle with devil press and 35# DB for sure!
