21:18 that was tough, but a PR for me 🙂 stayed mentally focused the whole time which is a big time PR because rowing is my least favorite thing on the face of the earth.

This was terrible. Done after vacation — week without training, and a night before with some drinks. Vacation was good but going to get more serious with my drinks.

12sec PR. I’m satisfied with this considering I have backed off my conditioning. Maybe did the first 1000 a little fast and then had to back off, but had a strong 1000m finish.
