A.
Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD

 and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Had a wedding Friday night so to have a productive and hydrated training session, did the conditioning today/Sunday. Every time there’s a “you’re dead to me if you skip this” workout, I seem to have a big social event… 11:12, 11:47, 11:46 – goal was to keep the runs under 9:00 (8:20, 8:43, 8:45) and the rounds under 12:00. Done and happy with my consistency. Cleans all went 9 + 1 into the lunges, which I split up in half. Really tried to go UB. Cleans were by far the easiest part.
