Hey, Nichole:
I am finding that with my work schedule and my kids’ extra-curriculars, it may make more sense for me to use Monday and Friday as my “off” days (instead of the programmed Sun/Thurs). Do you foresee any issues with this? I would simply be completing the workouts a day after they are launched, and logging my results retroactively. As it is, I am having to get my workouts done late at night.
