Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills
from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD
and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.
Did yesterday’s conditioning early this morning:
C2B Fran: 2:28 – I think this is a PR Fran time… UB Thrusters and C2Bs.
DL/Burpees: 3:41 – went well
Sqt Clean & Jerks: 4:06 – thought this would be my best of the three but accumulation started catching me about halfway through.
Overall really happy with the whole thing.

Solid day! Congrats on the Fran PR. I just hope you feel good for tomorrow after today.
Felt like garbage yesterday afternoon so didn’t push it. Woke up feeling great so hit when I was feeling it! Was my kinda workout so didn’t want to miss it. Have had weird schedule so hoping to get back to normal tomorrow.
