Three sets of:
Run 1600 Meters
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 Meters
Rest 2 minutes
Objective: Perform the 1600s at a similar pace to last week – about 85-90% effort. The 2 minutes rest is not going to be long, but the goal here is to go a little faster than your mile time trial pace for the 800s, which means you will need to push the pace. The 800 meter repeats should be about 5 seconds faster than your 1600 meter efforts. For the 6 minute mile athlete, the 1600s will be about 6:15-6:20 and ideally the 800s are at 2:50-2:55.
Post your times for the 1600s and 800s to comments.

Not really any more suggestions except to get heavier kettlebells, dumbbells or buy some farmers handles. They’re not to expensive. If you know a steep fabricator they should be able to make a set pretty easily.
Thanks… one of our members works at a steel manufactures— that is where we got our Yoke =) I will check with her or put some farmer handles on the Wish list!
Thanks

Badger! Wisconsin! What it is! Love it!
Is there just one set of the farmers walk in part B? Do we just hold 5lb DBs raised laterally above the ground with arms outstretched for the Hercules hold? Every video I found included cars being held or heavy pillars lol
Sorry it should read two sets.
Hercules hold arms outstretched to your side with thumbs facing up.
