30 Second Side Plank (left)
30 Second Scapular Circles from Push-Up Position
30 Second Side Plank (right)
30 Second Supinated-Grip Hang from Pull-Up Bar
Rest 30 seconds
12 Alternating Bowler’s Squats
12 Alternating Cossack Squats
12 Band Pull-Throughs
Rest as needed

A.
Two sets of:
Baby Butterfly Pull-Up x 5-10 reps
Rest as needed

Three sets of:
Hand Plank to Press Lean x 5 reps with a 3 seconds hold at top

One set of:
Back to Wall Donkey Kicks x 15 reps
55+: 10 reps OR Wall Walk x 5 reps

Three sets of:
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x 5-10 reps @ 2111
Rest as needed

If you don’t have Strict Handstand Push-Ups, then complete the following:
Two-Three sets of:
Strict Handstand Push-Up Negatives x 5 reps @ 51A1
Rest as needed

B.
For time:
Run 800 Meters
20 Snatches (power or full)
150 Double-Unders
20 Snatches (power or full)
Run 800 Meters

35-49: 135/95 lbs
50-54: 115/75 lbs

DMA – done Then took a good chunk of time to work on my handstand holds and handstand walks. Still can’t reliably walk 5 feet. It happens every now and then, but there is definitely progress. A1 – baby butterfly pull-ups done. Those felt surprisingly good today. B – 19:55 (50-54, but scaled snatches to 65#). This was another just “go through the motions” kinda WOD for me. Subbed 20 Power Snatch with 30 left arm only 35# DB Snatch. Runs were 3:45, 4:15. DBs 30 UB, 15/8/7. DUs 75/75 (bun fell out at 75 so had to stop for 20 secs and fix it).

2 ring muscle ups
Each person completes a full round. Rounds took about 45-50 sec each
Rest 4 min, then for time:

4 sets of 5 UB reps SHSPU. Wasn’t really at tempo. Just wanted to get sets of 5.
B. 17:26 at 95lbs
Slowish run

One break on DUs. Tripped up. Didn’t mean to.

C. Did some GHD sit-ups. Ran out of time.
Super stressful work day yesterday and was low red on Whoop today. Hopefully recover by Monday. Have a good weekend everyone.

A). 5 SHSPU each round (didn’t know I could do that many UB especially at a tempo!?)
B). 19:39 RX 35-49
snatches in singles (1st rd slower than second, think I didn’t warm them up enough), DUs 100/50. 800s just slow ?
C) 2 rounds done.
