Breathe exclusively through your nose throughout this entire portion including the rest period. If you find that your mouth drops open, you’re going too hard. Slow your pace and resume breathing only through your nose.

A day behind so active recovery today. I deciddd to do a 5k run and ended up with a new PR 25:15 min (previous was 26:21 min) ????
I didn’t push too hard so there is more to give! Will work for a couple of hours and then spend some time at the breach. Finally summer here in Sweden ??
