Minute 1 – Crossover or Banded Reverse Flys x 8 reps @ 2121
Minute 2 – Bent Over DB Rows x 6-8 reps @ 2111
Minute 3 – Ring Iso Hold x 20 seconds
Minute 4 – Hollow Rocks x 30 seconds

Compared my time, that was sad. I was a minute slower here.

B Captain America (30 ring rows for rope climbs) all else rx 22.20 Building rowing back up again – 4.07/4.11 for the rows. Wall balls in sets of 10’s

Am I reading this wrong? How can we even get this done in 4 mins the B1. Usually a 500m row is like 1:35 or something . Then u have 2.5 minutes to complete the rest. Is that the point. I’m sorry. I’m dumb lol

The 3 parts are different you just do as many reps as possible in the first 2 and then the full workout for time in the third…

Tall Cleans 6×2 up to 185
Cleans 6×2(Hang + clean) up to 245. Hang only to 205.

Partner B picks up where Partner A left off when they return from run.
Did this with one of the young bucks because no one wanted to do heavy thrusters with him. He did them @ 155.
