Shoulder feeling iffy so just worked up to a 1RM clean. Got 325. Attempted 340 twice. A little slow on the elbows and just missed it. Happy with 325 considering how weak my legs feel

Primary Conditioning
29:10 outside run
Cleans: did 6s throughout but rested too much between sets
T2Bs: 15/8/7×2 – 16/8/6

PC: 28:17rx with 800m row instead of run. (Midday run wods in the desert are sometimes too much). This raced my grip and core a lost more obvioisly.
I feel so guilty! I hate modifying ? Sorry Tino!

Nothing to feel guilty about you still put some great work on! Can you not switch your sessions to early morning and evening?

Good news! It’s not a flu, just sinusitis. I know I should have rested today, but I wanted to move and do some low intensity work. So skipped training today and did this instead.comment image

Yeah bad call for my body. But those four hours made so good for my mindset. Like that long walks religious people do on holidays to see the big picture.

A little drop off each round but didn’t feel quite as energetic as earlier in the week but still got my work done and stayed on track.

For you, you got to hold onto that bar. These are light and you should be able to go clips of 5 at least! HTFU 🙂

Duly noted! I haven’t done touch & go on much of anything recently and went too conservative worrying about grip, low back, etc.

I feel ya Lindz; a couple weeks ago and today, that singles thought had crossed my mind! I feel like my mental push with the rower was actually better than having 10 more reps with the run to break up the gripping! I went UB on the 20s with the row and TTB… today I broke from round 1

You may see a little more high rep movements coming your way, which will for sure increase muscle endurance. 🙂

B. 225×2/235×2

C. 36:14. This was so mean to put in after yesterday! But great to die and keep pushing through. Did cleans in 10, then 5’s for everything after. T2B all in 10’s. It was all about those squat cleans they were just killin me.
My extra conditioning will be mowing the lawn and recovery stim/normatec and whatever else I can do!

Not a good snatch day but you made up for it on Amanda .45! I think all the extra conditioning pieces will have fatigued your legs but I’m pretty sure with some rest your leg strength will still be there!

Nice work!
