Within the workout, every minute on minute, both partners stop and one does 5 KB swings (53#) and the other 10 situps. Got through T2B on second round. Lots of volume.

60+ Master’s Qualifier this year. (WOD in 24:37) Just up too early and hungry…took rest between sets. 25,15, 10 thrusters, then 6×5 pu, 15 20,15 thrusters, then pull ups 3 x 10. rested through the row…
