Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD

ROMWOD and 25 miles on the bike, it’s finally Spring in Germany.

5km hike in the morning followed by some active recovery in the afternoon:
5x 2:00:1:00 Assault bike @70 RPM 38 calories each set
then 400m run @ moderate pace
5x 2:00:1:00 Assault bike @65 RPM 31 calories each set
then a 400m run @ moderate pace
