At the 7:00 mark, complete:
Banded Good Mornings x 10 reps
Reach Thrus x 5 reps

At the 10:00 mark, complete:
Two sets of:
Row x 500 Meters @ easy pace
Kettlebell Swings x 15 reps
Goblet Squats x 10 reps

A.
35-54:
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
30 DB Power Cleans (55/35 lbs)
30 Box Jumps (24/20″)

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 DB Ground to Overhead, Partner A will perform 30 Box Jumps, and Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.

55+:
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
400 Meter Run
30 DB Power Cleans (35/25 lbs)
30 Box Jumps/Step-Ups (24/20″)

Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400 meters, Partner B will perform 30 DB Ground to Overhead, Partner A will perform 30 Box Jumps, and Partner B will run 400 meters – and so on for 30 minutes.

A. Partnered with my wife, finished 5 rounds with a few seconds to spare. Those DB cleans really spike the HR.
B. Only had 100lb stone, dropped twice

Did the team workout with girlfriend. . Modified it a bit to allow less rest. Split the 30 reps into 15&15 each rd. Run was as written.

Team of 3 wod: 25 min a rap of 20 power cleans/40 burpee box jumps/60 ring dips. Ring dips got very slow with sets of 5, happy my partners were better at the burpee box jumps!

Last year 248 reps, 14:44 tiebreaker (8 MU’s).
Today 253 reps, 14:17 tiebreaker (13 MU’s)

Shared a 100# sandbag carry for 400m, my training partner carried it the most (Thanks Cindy), so It may have been about 150m 🙂

Had exactly one hour to work out, took me 58 min with warm up.
245 reps
Failed first 3 MU, my shoulders were tired from the snatches and Burpees. 6ish min snatches, 6min to row, 4 ish min Burpees, and staring at the rings?3 plus minutes.
I liked that one!

I’ve been away for a week and did the local programming during that time. The workouts I did covered most of the same skills over the course of the week. Decided not to do today’s workout since I did ring muscle-ups on Tuesday (Amanda), so I followed yesterday’s workouts. DMA – done A. 10 kipping HSPUs in each set B. subbed Squat Cleans for Front Squats since I did them on Wednesday 95 – 115 – 125 – 135 – 145 – 155 C. 6:30 – 6:42 – 6:37 Similar times for the row (roughly 1:29 – 1:28 – 1:22)… Read more »

Definaltey a little ran down from emom yesterday. Overall snatches I felt was slow but picked up half way. (7:30) Row lol was definaltey slower than usual ( 92 Cal’s on xebex 6:00(12:30)) Burpees were sets of 10 with 3 second count 5:30(18:00). Finished with 10 mu around 2 every 20 seconds.
Good feeling going into the break day tomorrow.

A. 240 but I stopped with 1:53 left on the clock I was saving my wrist for comp
I could have gone touch faster on snatches db tearing onto my knuckles
Row was 5:00 even and I mixed doing burpees got cramps
B. 400 m with 100# dropped once at 200m
