Tried ROMWOD today. I’m a mess. I can’t believe how these people can bend the way they do. Looks like I’ll be adding this on rest days. I remember the days being able to get up with out making sound effects… Good times. ?
I try to hit ROM wod 4 days a week.
When I get out of routine my body dies not like it.

C. Rows@140/160/180, y hold hip ext.@5/10/15#, not sure if I’m doing the complex right, it seems so simple on YouTube but yet so complicated when ur laying on ur back trying to remember what you saw.
Got in a early 1200m swim this morning. Shoulders are thankful.
