Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets), complete:
Mid-Thigh Clean + Clean

*Build over the course of the 6 sets

and then . . .

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets), complete:
Clean x 1 rep

*Build over the course of the 5 sets

DMA done. No box squats.
A. 2 reps 95/115/135/155. Feeling good so went singles @ 165/175/185/190 to establish new PR. 190 is a PR by 15 lbs.
B1. 95-130. Starting feeling weak in legs. So stopped.
B2. 130-145. FS PR wore me out. Done.
C. Scaled metcon to 95 lbs and cut short. GTO 3 sets of 10. HSPU 5/8/5 and rushed out of there. Didn’t keep time, but done quickly to pick kid up at soccer. 🙂

Box Squats really started to burn last 5!
A. 225, 235, 245, 255, 265. Tweaked back on 5th set so stopped.
B. 135, 145, 155, 165. Stopped here. Bad wrist started to act up!! Ugh, Feel like it’s always something.
225 clean pulls for remainder.
C. 6:20. Wrist pain on HS so I subbed DU.

Thanks! not sure if it was a typo but I went with 105lbs on the S2Os so that allowed snatches which went fast. Do you think they will scale the 50-54 that much?

. Im waiting on shoulder to get better before i start doing any overhead stuff. Really keen for this.
