Workout of the Day
A.
Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
20 Double-Unders

B.
For time:
20 Unbroken Back Squats (135/95 lbs)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
20 Pull-Ups
20 Unbroken Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
20 Pull-Ups
50 Overhead Squats (65/45 lbs)

Take the barbell from the floor.

Rest until fully recovered – or preferably 3-4 hours, and then . . .

C.
Eight sets of:
Sprint 50 Meters Out
Sprint 50 Meters Back
Rest 2 minutes

Touch the ground on the turnaround just like you will in competition.

A. Done

B. 6:30, this was tougher than I thought. The squats were unbroken, though. I was hurting after this.

C. Done. This was brutal. I was able to rest for an hour, but I felt pretty smoked.
