TEAM WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A.
In same-sex teams of three (MMM or FFF), against a 15-minute running clock, complete the following:
Row 1000 Meters Each
Find 1-RM Clean & Jerk
Rules
- Athletes do not have to row their 1000 meters consecutively, but an athlete may only touch the barbell after he or she has rowed 1000 meters. Once Teammate A has rowed 1000 meters, he or she may move on to the barbell while Teammates B and C continue to work toward accumulating their 1000 meters of rowing.
- Tally total successful lifts by all three team members. E.g., 315 + 305 + 290 = 910.
B.
In Male/Female teams of two, complete the following for time:
40 Deadlifts (255/175 lb)
40 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
40 Handstand Push-Ups
30 Deadlifts (255/175 lb)
30 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
30 Handstand Push-Ups
20 Deadlifts (255/175 lb)

Rules
- Partition the reps between teammates however you would like.
- Deadlift reps only count if the “non-working” partner is holding their barbell off the ground at the top of the deadlift – full hip and knee extension – throughout the duration of the working partner’s full repetition.
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up reps only count if the “non-working” partner is hanging off the ground from their pull-up bar while the working partner is accumulating reps.
- Handstand Push-Up repetitions only count if the “non-working” partner is holding a handstand while the working partner is accumulating repetitions.
C.
In male/female teams of two, complete the following for time:

- Muscle-Up repetitions will only count if performed while the “non-working” partner is holding a 185/125 lb barbell overhead throughout the duration of the working partner’s repetitions.

A. Hit 285. HSPU felt good!
B. 21:03. My knees killed me! It took about 8 1/2 minutes to finish the pistols. Definitely the weakest part of the workout for me.

A. Worked through 175. I stopped at this point because catching the weight was making my L ankle hurt badly. I didn’t want to push it to further injury. I did notice an improvement in HSPU after all the deficit ones we have been doing!

C. 7:05, it was fun doing DU’s (already a weak skill for me) on wobbly legs after pistols.

Attended a training camp in my country for those going to regionals
A. Hit 265. After a minute of rest hit an injury pr of 285!
B. 14:59. WAY better than last year! Last year I didn’t finish the wod in the 17 min time cap.
C. Didn’t time. Did all unbroken.
D. Had enough time for 4 sets.
A) couldn’t hit 285 jerk, so 50 reps

C) 4:50 dozens of trips. Tiny space for double unders indeed and route kept hitting stuff around me

Ive been at work all weekend and I do not have access to a bar.
C. Done in about 6 min. Had to craft a GHD out of some interesting things…
D. Done on a treadmill (no track) in 20:10. Used 6.5 (speed) for my 70% and 8.5 for my 90%. I really wanted to do it on 20:00 flat so I went faster on the last round: 6.7 for the 70% and ended up at 10 for the sprint.
Attempted all of this in my Nanos and no weight belt–just to test myself
