Hey CJ just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for all this regionals prep over the past few weeks. I haven’t been posting this last week as I’ve had to swap up a few days working around my schedule and been seeing a great Chiro/ART guy that has been getting my body ready for this upcoming weekend. I’ve generally been following everything posted and feel ready for what is coming in 2 days. 2k row today is just what I had in mind… Thanks again.
