Take 10-12 minutes to build to a heavy-ish, but not 1-RM, Snatch

B.
Six sets of:
45 seconds to complete 20 Double-Unders & Snatch x 1 rep
15 seconds of Rest

Choose the weights based on how you feel.

C.
Take 6-8 minutes to play with:
100/70 lb Snatch

Be sure to work both arms and control the descent.

D.
Four rounds for time:
50 Meter Sprint Out
50 Meter Sprint Back
6 DB Snatches (3 each arm)

A. Worked up to 210# (10 short of my PR). This was pretty easy; just felt like I haven’t snatched heavy for awhile. B. Started at 198 for sets 1 and 2, but barely hit those and then missed on the 3rd set. I was surprised how much difference the double-unders made. Felt like it threw off the rhythm of the second pull more than anything. So dropped it to 176, and then 185 for the last two sets. The last three sets were all power snatch. C.
