Did yesterdays today. A had to make a gettho DB as well with a 70 lbs 5 lbs plates and duct tape. Worked out OK. Done and got better. B Forgot to bring my notes home, but totalt time was 11:36 with rest so that is an average of 1:31 per round. Technique got better all the time. Grip strength is an limiting factor here for me.
