You will complete this workout in teams of two or three, with only one partner working at a time. One partner will blast through a full round before the next begins. Repeat until all teammates have completed seven rounds.

If you don’t have a partner then please rest the amount of time it takes you to do each round (1:1 rest ratio).

Can’t do Hand stand walks another ? to add to my herd of ?????
Anyways saw on the CrossFit site that the scaled version was 30 seconds handstand holds then keep moving for the 20 min so did that. DUs were not smooth at all today. Got into 10 reps on WB second round.

Delayed entry: On Thursday, I did one of the Invictus gymnastics sessions and then went on a 5-mile trail run. Class today! Partner workout. We did: 120 cals row (switch every 10 cals) 100 burpees over the erg (1 for 1) 80 S2O 35# dbs (switch every 5) Rest 2 mins 100 cals row 80 burpees over the erg 60 S2O Rest 2 mins 80 Cals row 60 burpees over the erg 40 S2O First of all, no one finished inside the 40 min time cap.
