A. Right at 10 sec. each set. B. 9:25. Beyond frustrating! Deadlifts were so easy; all unbroken. Started the HSPU with 10 unbroken and the rest was just a battle. I’m terribly inefficient with these. CJ – any advice or videos you would recommend for HSPU? C. 14:05. I think this workout will be pretty solid for me. Finished the row at 7:15 and then did pistols without stopping.
