Men start at 135 lbs and add 10 lbs for the first 9 minutes (up to 225 pounds); then increase by 5 lbs per minute until you cannot safely complete the single rep. Ladies start at 65 lbs and add 5 lbs per minute until you cannot safely complete the single rep.

Conditioning: 5:22 – steady burpees box jump overs and UB KB snatches. I chalked the KBs which really helped me since I’m a sweater.
GHD work done. Holy hell does that extra five seconds on the hold burn.

Hey guys. So I know it’s test week, but I’m really not recovered at all; not sure why.. It all started last Tuesday/Wednesday Feeling like I want to work out (motivated) but body isn’t feeling great! Hope you bounce back soon. Always fun to see your numbers! Remember that you just CRUSHED the Open over the last five weeks and pushed everything you had there. So your mind, heart and body might need some extra time. Congrats again your amazing finish, especially that top time on 19.5!

So, I have been following the program about 6 months now and I never remember to post my scores. But since it is testing week, I figured no time like the present. Warm up done Front Squat PR- 300#! Cleans-155, 175, 190, 205, 225 -Did a different workout with some friends Strength Accessory: Bench workout took forever but I loved starting light and making small jumps-hit 180# which is another PR! …makes up for failing everything yesterday.
