Tuesday I was sore from 14.5 on Monday so I just rowed and did skill work yesterday. Started today with the squat work from yesterday.
150×5, 185×4, 245×3, 285×2 320×1,335×1 was a bit slow today so did 2 more there and did not add.

B: 90 t2b were rough this round for some reason. Out of rhythm.
C: 11:38 burpees were mental fight
