B) Needed some rest so skipped today.
A. 25:33, used an axle bar for thrusters and lunges.
B. 6:55, did sit-ups instead of GHD as hip flexors and knee pain made GHD’s not work.
I also did jerks from Saturday as I was attending military training which made me miss Friday and Saturday, made up Sunday on Monday. Whew! Worked up to 305# jerk.

A.26:55 (row 7:01) hspu and t2b sets of 5 thrusters killed me

A) 24:06- 7:01 on row, 5 min on HSPU, never got under sets of 4 though, 5 sets og 10 on thruster but breaks were larger than I wanted.

A. 25:08 (shoulders, legs, upper back… Oh my!)
This one was rough!
B. 7:23 Messed up a lot on the double unders. Not sure what was up.
8:10 on the rower
A) 21:28, 8:32 on the rower. The thrusters felt awful! Did overhead lunge with axle bar, these took me awhile.
B) did the double unders then subbed the ghd reps for 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. I was hospitalized with rhabdo in the past from ghd sit-ups, so this movement I have always been a little hesitant on.
A. 31:30. Did sets of 5-10 on the thrusters, but took too long of rest periods. I tend to walk away from the bar. I should probably work on embracing the suck a little but more.
